  30. Directions must be in quadrant form only.  Distances in feet and decimal only,
  31. but it can't know if you use another unit.  (You would need to convert areas
  32. tho.) Documentation claims that calls must run clockwise, but counterclockwise
  33. calls seem to cause no problems other than negative acreage.  Platchek does not
  34. close faulty surveys before calculating area, so plats with large closure
  35. errors report incorrect areas.  I could not plot a map.  Documentation says
  36. that GRAPHICS (a DOS utility) is necessary, but it didn't help.
